Drawings

My mother’s love of painting and my father’s whimsical drawings, mostly in ink, plus classes at the Art Students’s League when I was a kid, and a few excellent teachers in school, instilled a love of drawing. One might suppose that growing up in New York City surrounded by some of the most magnificent art in the world might have amplified my love of scribbling too. Here is one doodle that combines some of the various things that motivate me. Many more of my drawings, I hope, will be in a book to be published at some point.
